Out and About With Adventure Korea

Paint Ball in Korea

Today makes the official day of 6 months at my current job. It seems like just yesterday I was at Camp Korea sweating it out in the heat of Summer, yet my vacation in Thailand feels like it was over a year ago. Life in Korea seems to be ticking by faster and faster these days, and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

So yesterday was a public holiday here in Korea and a bunch of the teachers from the Bucheon area got together and went on the Adventure Korea paintball afternoon. It's always fun (as a guy) to roll around in the dirt with a gun, until you get shot multiple times that is. Needless to say I came home covered from head to toe with mud. It snowed here the night before so the paintball course was a little messy.

I'm off school for the next 4 days as well which comes as a nice break, although I have to go in for an hour meeting tonight. Other than that though I plan on having a quiet few days to myself, catching up on some movies and enjoying the peace and quiet. Don't get me wrong, I would be my usual active self if the weather was a little nicer, but we're still a month or so off until it's hiking/adventuring time again.

Until next time. Jared
